Terms and Conditions for the 21-Day Challenge
By enrolling in the 21-Day Challenge (hereinafter referred to as The 21 Day Challenge), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read them carefully before participating.
1. Challenge Overview
The Challenge consists of 21 consecutive days of activities.
Each day includes six tasks that must be completed and recorded by the participant.
The Challenge is divided into three weeks, and participants are required to check in weekly by submitting proof of completed tasks.
2. Participation Requirements
Participants must complete all six tasks daily and accurately record their progress using the provided recording method.
Weekly check-ins must be completed at the designated time, providing evidence of task completion for the preceding week.
3. Missed Days or Tasks
Missed Tasks: If any task is not completed or recorded for any reason other than certified illness, the participant will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Missed Check-Ins: If a weekly check-in is missed or incomplete, the participant will no longer be eligible for a refund.
4. Illness Policy
If you are unable to complete tasks due to illness, you must provide an official medical certificate from a licensed healthcare professional for the affected days.
The certificate must clearly indicate that the illness prevented you from completing the tasks.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available to participants who:
Complete all tasks daily and record their progress accurately.
Submit all required weekly check-ins on time.
Provide a valid medical certificate for any missed days due to illness, as outlined in Section
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances if the terms stated above are not met.
6. Responsibility and Liability
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety while completing the tasks. Consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
The organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcomes arising from participation in the Challenge.
7. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified and deemed ineligible for refunds if they:
Fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
Submit false or incomplete records or illness certificates.
8. Privacy
Any personal information, including medical certificates, will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of administering the Challenge.9. Modifications to the Challenge

The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the Challenge at any time for unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refund policies will be adjusted accordingly.
10. Participants that chose to remove themselves prior to the 21 Day Challenge Start Date will incur a $50 admin fee that will be removed from the deposit.
