Terms and Conditions – Wellness Retreat

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the retreat. By submitting your deposit and attending, you agree to the following:

1. Booking and Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • The total cost of the retreat is $2,499.

  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the retreat start date unless a payment plan is in place.

  • Payment includes:

    • Two nights’ accommodation

    • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)

    • All guided sessions, workshops, and activities

Payment Plan Options

Participants may choose to pay the remaining balance after deposit via:

  • Weekly payments

  • Fortnightly payments

  • Monthly payments

Payment plans must be set up at the time of booking and completed in full one week before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in forfeiture of your place on the retreat without refund of any amounts paid.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

  • If you are on a payment plan and cancel within a non-refundable period, any payments made to date are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

3. Health & Safety

  • By attending, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in yoga, meditation, and light physical activity.

  • Please disclose any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the retreat.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that is disruptive or unsafe to themselves or others.

4. Travel and Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including illness, injury, or event cancellation.

5. Photography & Media

  • Photos or video may be taken throughout the retreat for promotional use.

  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional material unless you opt out in writing before the retreat.

6. Waiver and Consent Form

By signing this form, I confirm the following:

  • I understand that participation in the retreat is voluntary and involves physical activity (e.g., yoga, outdoor walks).

  • I accept full responsibility for my own health and well-being during the retreat.

  • I release the organizers, facilitators, and venue from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.

  • I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact my participation.

  • I agree to adhere to the retreat guidelines and respect the retreat environment and other participants.

  • I have read and understood the payment, cancellation, and refund policies outlined above.
